    When I decided to relocate back to Alberta I asked a friend for the name of a realtor she trusted and she connected me with Rhonda. Rhonda was tasked with finding a condo for me in one of three locations with very specific requirements. She listened to my needs and was careful to make sure that all were taken into consideration when scoping out prospective properties. At no time did she try to tell me what I should have or belittle my requests. Believe me, I have had this happen a few times. My window to find a new abode was very limited and living 8 hours away meant I would not be making multiple buying trips so Rhonda was on a time crunch to gather as many possible places in a very short time and line up viewings for a 2-day window. And she did it beautifully! On the second day of viewing, we found the perfect place for me, and with her tact, negotiating skills, and dedication, the deal was completed on the 3rd day with only conditions to be met. Rhonda made certain to give me the time I needed to get the new home that was best for me at a very good price and she made it fun, too.
    Would I use Rhonda again to buy/sell? Definitely. Would I recommend her to my friends and family? Without hesitation.
